Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony moved indoors due to cold

US President-elect Donald Trump arrived in Washington with his family, supporters, and political allies ahead of his inauguration as the 47th President on Monday. According to Reuters, Trump will host a reception for around 500 guests followed by a fireworks display on Saturday evening.

The swearing-in ceremony is set to take place inside the US Capitol rather than outdoors due to a forecast of “dangerous” cold weather in the capital.
