Israel-Iran conflict Live: Defence Ministry in Iran targeted, Tehran fires back

Iran and Israel exchanged airstrikes early Sunday. In a fresh wave of Israeli airstrikes on Tehran, at least 60 people, including 29 children, were killed after a housing complex was struck.

In the early hours of Friday, Israel launched Operation Rising Lion as it targeted what it called Iran’s nuclear facilities, resulting in a direct confrontation between the two regional powers in the Middle East. 

In total, 78 deaths were reported in the first two days of Israeli strikes in Iran as Israel said it targeted more than 150 sites inside Iran.
