Pakistan Air Force drops 8 bombs during strikes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 30 killed
At least 30 people, including women and children, were killed as the Pakistan Air Force reportedly dropped eight bombs in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Monday.
According to reports, the LS-6 bombs were dropped from JF-17 fighter jets on the Pashtun-majority Matre Dara village at around 2 am today.
As a result of the impact of the blast, a large part of the village was destroyed.
Meanwhile, reports have also said that several people were also injured. A confirmation on this was, however, awaited.
Local media said the Pakistan Air Force were targeting Taliban hideouts in the area. All the victims were civilians.
